Refund policy

We want you to love your fit. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items and accessories (hats, beanies, costumes) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return:
Email us at moneywilliams125th@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — some products ship from different warehouses, and we'll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item and place a new order.
